It’s in Stanthorpe, heart of the Granite Belt Wine Region, on the New England Highway just north of the NSW border. Stanthorpe is less than three hours drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Byron, Armidale, Dalby and Goondiwindi, a bit more from the Sunshine Coast, two hours from Lismore and the Northern Rivers, and a comfortable one and a half hours from Toowoomba.

Age is no barrier with the Festival which has a strong reputation for offering ‘something for everyone’. The Festival has become popular for all age groups with the major grouping in the 18-35 bracket. The majority of visitors come from Southeast & Southwest Queensland and Northern NSW. Promotions cover this target audience of 3.5 million. With the districts successful wine, tourism, produce and horticulture industries, the potential crowd attraction of this Festival is significant and growing.
